hey my friend, i take the survey and was a piece of cake,less than 5 minutes, so, you enter to the wrong site. the correct one is www.tellradioshack.com, stand im the correct page will show you the logo of radio shack, then follow the intruction, just 5 o 6 question. Radio shack is one of the best store, a nice place to purchase a lots os things in a good prices.

I have to agree with the first 2 people. I could not fine the survey either. It jumped around to making wills, joining survey groups, and other junk. I got frustrated and quit also.

I found my way to the survey, answered ALL the questions, and then was sent back to the start - they never asked me for an address or offered me a savings coupon.

Yes, I'd like to show some love to the Radio Shack Crew on Lincoln Plaza. I like the DVD/CD sales they post online, even though there was a time when I wasn't even able to see any sales in my city for unknown reasons, but, I still love the store. The unseen advertisements online WAS NOT Worcester's fault. From what I was told, it had to do with mistakes done in Texas. Way to go Texas!

Anyway, I should be back in the store in a couple of weeks. I'm glad the place has such a nice friendly and attractive manager.

if you follow directions and KNOW how to use this link, it is the easiest survey ever. You should NOt comment if yuo dont know what you are doing. If you had a hard time, it is because you didnt know where to click.

It really is an easy survey. I guess the people who got confused clicked some of the links on this page that appear to be to www.tellradioshack.com but actually aren't. It would be nice if the blogger didn't mislead the reader with those links.

I looked at the lines and the link to click on for the $10 off a $40+ purchase is the PURPLE link above the survey line. it takes you to the radio shack area and you complete the survey quick and easy...

I was well served by the Walla Walla Radio Shack and I wanted to report this fine experience by filling out a survey but your web site is too confusing. This web site requires more of my time than my shopping experience at Radio shack. I object to having bought something than being asked to fight with a commercial web site. Make it easy or DON'T ask.

I can not underestand why the web site is confusing. I have answered surveys for other companies and they have been simple.
This is supposed to be user frienly and it's not. Just make simple intelligent questions so you can get a sicere response.

I'm not sure why some of you had a hard time with this. Simply click on the http: official address and it will take you straight to the survey. Took me about 3 minutes to take the survey and print the coupon...and part of that time included turning on the printer.

I don't want a $10.00 off coupon, I just want to tell you this to help you correct some issues. I went in a store in Tonawanda, NY to buy 4 items in the add. They were out of all of them. If you want to be an internet site, fine. close the stores. If you want walk in traffic, you had better stock sale items. I could understand being out of stock on 1 or 2 items, maybe even 3, but not 4. I have been a loyal radio shack customer for over 15 years, and like the little guy/little store concept, but I think I will explore my options now that you have become a shack.....

RADIO SHACK IS A GREAT STORE WITH LOTS OF UP TO DATE ELECTRONIC OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. MY VISIT WAS ENJOYABLE AND INFORMATIVE BUT I HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE OTHER POSTINGS... I tried to find the survey but was unable to do so. Also, at the store, there was no mention of a $40 purchase. I specifically asked the clerk if there was any expiration date and he said no, but there appears to be an expiration date from the time you get the coupon to when you can use it. For me, it doesn't matter - I did not take the survey!

This site is an absolute joke! Supposed to fill out an easy survey and get a $10 coupon toward my next purchase of $40 or more. A reasonable person cannot figure out which link to use to fill out the survey. Just wasted 15 minutes of my very valuable time. I expected more professionalism from radio Shack.

Just finaished the survey without any issues as indicated from many of the other folks. It was easy, clear and fast all of 5 min's or less. Don't see what everyone else's issues were!! Unless they connected to some of the other links for "other" survey inquires. Just stick to the info on the sales tag and you'll go to where they want you.

I'm with you guys. I just wanted to recognize the helpful guy who gave me great service, at the local store. I dont want to have you choke up my e mail box with a bunch of irrelevnat "offers". nor do I want to go thru a whole excercise just to get a limited time, $10 off coupon with all the prohibitive strings attached.

Compliment: Ryan at the Radio Shack store at 2008 Wilshire Blvd., Santa Monica, CA 90403, helped me save money and succeed in setting up wireless internet for my netbook. I asked him for a splitter for my blue ethernet cable. He looked at the cable and my wireless router and said "You don't need a splitter; just plug the cables in this way." Then he described what to do patiently to me three times until I understood the exact pattern. I didn't spend any money at Radio Shack today because of Ryan's friendly, proactive, thoughtful help, but I've bought things at this store before and will again.

Kudos to Ryan!

If you are on this site to get the coupon, you are on the wrong site. type in www.tellradioshack.com and you should get a page that has the radio shack logo on it. I did the suvey in about a minute, but then again, I probably type faster than most people I know.

The site didn't come up with Yaboo and is confusing. The $10 coupon hardly seems worth the effort, especially with a 6 week expiration date and all the exclusions. Being dissatisfied with product purchased and my wife working for Best Buy, receiving a employee discount, that looks like a great alternative.

Doesn't RadioShack read these comments. back in November people were complaining about the survey and it still is difficult to use. i was allready to give up, the first three links brought me to multiple surveys, none of which was Radioshack. In the next paragraph I found the correct link.
It should be Front and Center and not hidden. The ten dollar coupon hardly pays for taking the survey. Also the coupon is big and does not fit into my wallet without folding. AND IT IS ONLY GOOD FOR SIX WEEKS!!!!
I feel ripped off for the time I spent. I was not told prior to the survey that it was for a limited time coupon.

Don't understand why people have such a difficult time taking the survey. I am not a computer whiz by any stretch of the imagination but had no trouble getting to the site, doing the survey and had the coupon, all in about five minutes. p.s. our store in Hays, Ks. is top notch, don;t buy a lot of electronic 'stuff' but that is where I usually go, friendly staff, helpful---and patient!.

I was in your Panorama Plaza, Penfield store on Sunday, May 16, 2010. I was looking for a Tracfone which that store had. The nicest young man by the name of Colin spent a considerable amount of time with me because there was a discrepancy with my number of air minutes. So Colin had to make a phone call. He very nicely got a chair for me to sit on, which was great because I am recuperating from knee surgery. By the time I left there he had my phone up and running. There was a sweet young gal also working. I was helped by: 315 (CTB)

5/30/10 Apple Valley, CA.
Purch'd Kodak C182 Camera, took home; camera failed to power on after following all directions explicitly. Clerk not familiar with any of the cameras, however he loaded batteries backwards from directions and the camera worked just fine. Am extremely happy with camera due to ease of use and great pictures; will need more time to determine if camera is as good as it seems to be; even tho Kodak has some issues with the Chinese manufacturing process. As for the clerk, I am a little surprised at his lack of knowledge regarding the products in the store. I find this to be a serious service issue and believe Radio Shack should have a training program for employees before allowing them to work with customers.

i am so upset with raido shack.went to purchase my huband a birthday gift got it home and it was not what it was supposed to be.called the very next day to tell them i would be bringing it back. went back the very next day and was told they didnt have the refund money.now how does a business like raido shack operate if they cant refund the amount of $218.99 left name and phone number to call me when they have it, still haven't heard from them going on a week. going to get legal help with this problem, and the sales person is very rude.

I am glad that I checked this blogger to know that I am not the only one who is EXTREMELY disappointed with Radio Shack, or "The Shak", or whatever they want to call it today. I, too, tried to get a refund on an item at the location of 18211 Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Let me tell you that the employees there clearly HATE their job and what they are doing, and had no intention of helping make the best of a situation trying to maybe get my business back. I know now, as I have known, that this chain should just go out of business because their employees are sending them there anyway. I join the club with "I will never shop there again" attitude.

My son (Alexander) and I went to the Radio Shack store in the New Harbour Mall, Fall River, Mass. to get information on how to rewire a jack for a pair of BOSE headsets. The manager, Mike Jorge, provided excellent customer service! He patiently sliced open a similar jack that was being thrown out in order to show my son how to solder the wires onto a new jack. What patient and focused professionalism he demonstrated!! Mike is an exceptional manager and outstanding Radio Shack employee! As we left the store, my son remarked, "Where does he keep his cape?!!" We both ask Radio Shack executives to recognize this "super" employee appropriately. He is certainly a valued credit to the Radio Shack organization. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from the female manager at Radio Shack in Granbury, TX. on October 22, 2010. The manager there went above and beyond to help me choose and understand my new phone. I had problems when i got home and went back to get some help and she was just as nice and accommodating as when I was in previously. Kudo's to Radio Shack to have such helpful personnel. I have been to a couple of other Radio Shacks where I was treated as a bother and made to feel stupid for not knowing anymore than I knew about the phone I was choosing. I hope you continue to employee this person and I will continue to do business with Radio Shack. Thanks again. I was helped by 318 TB. I was so pleased with the easy service that I additionally bought some headphones that I had not intended to buy. Kudos to Radio Shack to have such an employee.

I am just about to take the survey and hope I have not trouble. I just wanted to leave a note about something I really feel is needed in the store. I have a credit card with the store and like it because it is very close to where I live and the people that run the store are helpful. I have disability and am not able to stand for long periods of time. It would be very helpful for people such as myself and older clients and others to have at least one seat in the store. They said seats are not allowed? Seating has to go through corporate office. It would be nice to have a small counter with some chairs to talk about the phones or whatever when shopping. When I was in a store there was an elderly man with a cane that also would have appreciated a chair while he shoped and waited for his friend. PLEASE CONSIDER GETTING SOME SEATING. Even husbands like a place to REST while the wife is shopping.

On Dec.23,2010 I purchased a 10" Digital Photo Frame (Home 4:3 ASPECT ratio) from my local Radio Shack store in Ocala, Fl. , as a gift for my husband for Christmas. We both loved it and got much enjoyment from the pictures. However, just after the 90 day warranty ran out it stopped working. I took it back and after some discussion about having it repaired, they decided to replace it with the display model..
After 2 weeks it has guit working again! I will buy another one, but am hesitant to go back to your store for this product. Not a good product.

IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH A PARTICULAR RADIO SHACK STORE, FIND THE NEXT CLOSEST AND VISIT THERE. I FOUND THAT ONE STORE MAY NOT KNOW IT'S BUTT FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND, THE NEXT STORE WILL MOST OFTEN HAVE A STAFF
MEMBER WHO IS QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND

Bought wireless phones from store in Raytown, MO. Excellent service, help and instructions from store manager Antonio Clark.He went over the options on various phones and picked the one best suited for my use.
Good, positive experience.
